Utilizing the evidence-based Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Model, we work together to keep adolescents who are struggling with behaviors in their homes.

This position provides services for Lake City and the surrounding areas

Daily Impact looks like:

• Engaging primary caregivers & other key participants in active, change-orientated treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to progress
• Cultivating growth in the whole family unit to empower families to solve their own problems
• Collaborating with families and allowing them to take the lead in setting treatment goals
• Keeping youth out of the system and in their homes.

At Savio, you will grow your skills as a clinician and increase your ability to support youth and their families with:

• Comprehensive training and support to deliver the evidence-based MST model with high fidelity
• Clinical supervision hours and other professional development
• Weekly case consultations with supervisor, team, and expert consultant
• Quarterly MST training to maintain and grow competency

Salary:

With Bachelors: $40,000

With Masters: $50,000

Starting Licensed: $53,000

Starting Bilingual:$55,000

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, criminal justice, or related field with related experience
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination record

Ideal qualifications:

• Masters in one of the recognized mental health professions.
• Eligible for licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT or LAC within 2 years of employment.
