Overview:
Wesley Village is currently hiring an Admissions Coordinator for a Full Time opportunity.

**Position starts at $15/hr**

Responsibilities:
What will I do?
  • Assists Admission Director with assigned clerical and data entry duties
  • Assists Admissions department with data entry into EMR and CRM
  • Intake coordinator of incoming calls from prospects, referral sources and families
  • Maintains meeting schedules for Admissions Department and Campus Executive Director
  • Maintains admission department on-call schedules.
  • Participate in off-hours and weekend admissions back-up systems
  • Mails correspondence, including notices, invitations, documents, thank you letters, etc.
  • Orders supplies for various departments via storefront marketplace
  • Assists and participates in on and off campus marketing events as assigned; e.g. health fairs/vendor fairs, senior centers.
  • Collaborates with RN Liaison in visiting MD offices restocking collateral and brochures as assigned.
  • Maintains central file, including spreadsheet and monthly update requests.
  • Interacts on a professional level with staff, management, residents, family members and visitors.
  • Follows HIPAA guidelines at all times.
  • Conducts tours of the skilled, rehab, and long term care areas as assigned.
  • Assists with the completion of the admission paperwork and ensures all admission documentation is complete.
  • Other duties as assigned by Admissions Director and Campus Executive Director
  • Assist in maintaining waiting lists, mailing lists, and conduct routine follow up calls as appropriate.
  • In absence of Admissions Director, attends occupancy meetings and prepares necessary reports.
  • Assists in census/referral report generation as needed.
Qualifications:
What do I need for this role?
  • One year certificate from a technical school
  • Or three to six months related experience and/or training
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
