Seeking a Part-Time team-oriented, customer-focused Admissions Clerk to join our team! Located at our Kent County Clinic in Jayton, TX. As a Admission Clerk , you greet patients, manage their registration, and process their health care forms and documents. Collect patient information and inquire about their visit to the clinic. Enter patient admitting information into the computer and routes printed copy to designated departments. Explains Clinics regulations such as payment of account, schedule of charges. Schedules appointments, procedures, and transportation if necessary. Answer phone and directs calls. Maintain patients files and records help day to day operations run smoothly. Must have excellent customer service skills, administrative skills, and knowledge of medical records and other procedures.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to adapt to change, non-judgmental attitude, Be organized and efficient, in use of time, material and energy, Efficient in keeping up with work demands. Ability to apply courtesy and tact when dealing with the public and other personnel. Efficient in computer skills. Performs other duties as assigned . Provide support to staff members.

Great part-time hours - Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm weekends off.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
