Miami Valley Child Development Centers is a non-profit Head Start and Early Head Start program that focuses on providing early learning experiences to prepare children for kindergarten and school success. We serve children from 6 weeks to five years.
Classification: 40 hours. Full-time. Full-Year Non-Exempt.
Position Details: Responsible for performing receptionist and administrative clerical support for all assigned centers. Provides excellent customer service and a variety of services to supervisors, staff, parents and visitors. Responsible for record keeping, generating reports, attendance rosters, USDA reports, enrollment and classroom lists. Provides Tap support for parents and staff. Ensure compliance with Head Start, ODJFS, USDA, Health and Sanitation and Regulations.
Minimum Credentials: High School diploma/GED. Two years administrative/clerical support experience, excellent customer service, typing 40wpm, proficient computer experience (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word).

SHIFT: 1st* shift Monday - Friday*
LOCATION: Medway

SALARY: Base salary compensation will be commensurate with meeting both Education and Experience.
