High profile salon with an established reputation for excellence in Upper Montclair, NJ is looking for a detail-oriented customer service professional and team player. As an integral leader on our team, your role will involve direct interaction with clients, staff, and owners. You will be vital to the day-to-day operations of the business and be working with a seasoned team of professionals in the beauty/service industry, supporting the business to grow while strengthening the culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Working closely with salon owners and staff, coordinating schedules & supporting communication

· Inventory control

· Leading the front desk team to achieve goals with add-on sales of services, retail and appointment management

· Facilitating salon tours

· Documenting client profiles and experiences

· Helping to resolve client issues

· Knowledge of retail products, ability to pre-book, and close sales

· Managing files of client visits and treatment notes

· All other duties related to day-to-day operations and creating an excellent client experience

This is for 2 evening workable hours and Saturday.
