Please note: The compensation ranges listed online for roles not covered by a bargaining unit agreement are very wide, however a job offer will typically fall in the range of 80% - 120% of the established mid-point. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate AND the current salary level of individuals working at UCSF in a similar role.
For roles covered by a bargaining unit agreement, there will be specific rules about where a new hire would be placed on the range.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related area and three years related experience or equivalent combination of experience / training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of common computer application programs (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Zoom).
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement in responding to issues and concerns.
- Ability to think creatively and independently on concepts requiring analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
- The ability to conduct oneself in a highly professional manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups to achieve results.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with internal and external peers and managers.
- Proven meeting, program and event planning and management of projects experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes
- Ability to travel and attend offsite meetings on weekdays and weekends, up to 5-days duration, 5 or more times per year (up to 25 days total per year)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects with different managers simultaneously
- Experience in health care, public health, or public policy.
- Experience living in and/or or working with diverse populations.
- Working knowledge of web-based applications (e.g., Drupal, SiteImprove, YouTube) for website maintenance and analytics.
- Experience with surveys and presentations including related software (e.g., Qualtrics, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
