The Wenger Group is looking for an Administrative Office Manager, who is an integral part of our feed manufacturing team.
This role is responsible for all administrative and compliance responsibilities of the Martinsburg Mill.

The Administrative Office Manager will complete all necessary paperwork, reporting, filing, processing, and ordering of supplies. This role will interact daily with the Mill Manager and team members at the facility.

What your day looks like:
  • Process all work orders from generation through screening to electronic file system
  • Maintain all required Wenger and FSMA files
  • Generate and maintain daily reports
  • Receive all products and ingredients and maintain corresponding files
  • Compile period end inventory figures
  • Scan all required documents to electronic file system and ensure that they appear in the system
  • Process all incoming and outgoing grain through electronic grain system
  • Work with credit department to set up new dairy customers
  • Check mail daily, answer phone and mail out UPS packages
  • Order all needed supplies
Ensure adherence to Wenger policies, methods, and disciplines
Who you are:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Preferred experience or familiarity in a manufacturing environment
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Other duties as assigned
