Job Description:

Egg Harbor Café is looking for an Administrative Culinary Coordinator who will compile and analyze data from feedback on the menu offerings. In addition, they will coordinate the rollout of new menu items with the operations team. This position will be hybrid with the option to work some days from home and some days at our corporate office in our HAMCO South, Egg Harbor Café Corporate Office at 1007 Mansell Rd, Suite B, Roswell, GA 30076.

Job Responsibilities

The Administrative Culinary Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of things, including, but not limited to:

  • Developing and maintaining an effective system for tracking LTO (limited time offer) success, daily, and summarizing insights.
  • Analyzing and providing monthly summaries of product mix.
  • Developing a system for collecting culinary feedback from the field.
  • Developing a system for calculating nutrition information for prep items ahead of time for LTO launch.
  • Coordinating a smooth roll-out of LTOs and new menu items to the field.
  • Maintaining schedules to help the culinary team meet deadlines.

Skills Required

For the Administrative Culinary Coordinator, we are seeking someone who:

  • Is proficient in Microsoft Excel functions
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Is extremely attentive to detail
  • Has strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
