Westmoreland Mechanical Testing & Research is looking to fill our Administrative Clerk role. In this position you will assist in the creation of customer certifications and organizing each job packet to ensure the traceability of each order. You may also help in the hands on portion of sample preparation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support multiple administrative areas in a variety of tasks.
- Draft/Review correspondence and other formal documents
- Update data spreadsheets that correlate with workflow of the lab
- Implement organized filing systems
- Review documents for accuracy
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
