Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a Supervisor to join our Billing & Receivables team at the Corporate Headquarters in Maple Grove, MN.

Administrative & Audit Supervisor Key Details:

· Monitors day to day third party insurance audit process to ensure efficient and accurate audit requests are submitted· Ensures team members are focused on their key responsibilities through training, workload assignment and prioritization.· Ensures efficient and accurate team performance by monitoring individual metrics and coaching team members as appropriate· Supervises and develops team members by providing mentorship, guidance and training.· Performs supervisory duties, including addressing performance issues in a timely manner, conducting employee reviews, handling payroll functions and issues, leading team meetings, etc.· Ensures exceptional service is provided to internal and external customers by all team members.· Leads team by modeling a day to day high standard of service, being a resource for the team and a secondary point of escalation· Continuously identifies areas for efficiencies while collaborating with team members and leadership to successfully execute changes, improvements and projects· Create and maintain standard operating procedures and general team resources· Maintain team folders and documents on the network drive· Assist Manager with updating various department reporting· Plan, organize and coordinate various projects · Provide back-up and or relief for team as needed

Administrative & Audit Supervisor Key Qualifications:

· Excellent organization skills and detail oriented· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with customers, internal and external teams, and leadership.· Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with cross functional teams· Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment· Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot· Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.· Supervisory experience or equivalent demonstrated skills and experience.· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
