KeyStaff is hiring for an Admin Assistant in San Marcos, TX.
Duties
- Answer telephones, screen, and transfer calls, take messages, and refer to other offices as appropriate for a high-volume office.
- Maintain files and review for completeness.
- Monitor and/or order inventory office supplies.
- Assist in preparing various activities and events.
- Prepare spreadsheets.
- Open, date, and distribute incoming mail.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalence.
- Experience in secretarial or administrative work.
- MS Word, Excel, Access, or equivalent experience.
Pay & Shift
- $17-18/hr
- Mon to Fri (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
