Holland Chiropractic is seeking an experienced receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, ordering office and medical supplies, and providing administrative office support. The candidate will also be cross-trained as a Chiropractic Assistant, providing support with therapies and examinations when needed.

Basic requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years experience in administrative/reception field
  • Computer/office equipment proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and a desire for accuracy
  • Ability to be self-sufficient and work independently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude with excellent work ethic

Additional information:

  • Salary is commensurate with experience, starting at $18.00/hour and up with generous merit raises beginning after 3-month probationary period.
  • Benefits include: vacation time after 6 months, paid holidays, 401K options and matching program, complimentary chiropractic care, and product discounts.
  • Full time position of 36 hours per week. Work hours are Monday/Wednesday from 8 am - 6 pm and Tuesday/Thursday from 7 am - 5 pm with one hour lunch breaks and three day weekends. On very rare occasions, we may need to open for Friday morning appointments and the shift is mandatory.
