Seeking an experienced / part time / flexible / front office administrative assistant/ receptionist to deliver professional administrative skills in our behavioral health office. We provide solutions for employers and their employees and families who may be experiencing any life distressing issue. Blomquist Hale EAP is currently celebrating 31 years in business. Answer with a smile incoming calls, schedule therapist appointments, triage calls, greet clients and confirm future appointments. 2. Provide professional office support in a variety of clerical activities. 3. Embrace the mission and values of our business and create a positive atmosphere for clients and staff. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills 6. Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment 7. Must have integrity 8. Must be self motivated 9.
