Responsibilities:

• Command of verbal and written English; positive interpersonal communication skills and good organizational skills
• Greeting patients (check in/out)
• Basic administrative tasks. Such as scanning, filing, data entry, intakes, scheduling, ordering office supplies and stocking.
• Knowledge of excel, word & basic computer skills.
• Understanding deductibles, copayments and coinsurance.
• Knowledge of physician appointments and schedule management.
• Assist Billing Coordinator with tracking patient visits and light data entry.

Additional Tasks: Laundry, cleaning patient rooms, and stocking supplies in patient rooms for providers. processing mail orders for herb salves.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

• Attleboro, MA 02703: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
