We are seeking a candidate for the following position:

Administrative Assistant – Rochester office

Responsibilities:

· Assembling tax returns

· Answering phones

· General office filing

· Appointment Scheduling

· Write and distribute email, correspondence, letters, faxes and forms

· Provide administrative support to clients and professional staff

Professional Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven working experience in similar roles

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word & Excel.

· Professional appearance

· Solid and professional communication skills both written and verbal

· Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise

· Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure

· High school degree

· Must be able to work Saturdays from February – April 15

Preferred hours for this position would be as follows, but are open for discussion:

40 hours a week from February through April 15 (some Saturdays would be required)*

25-30 hours a week from April 16 through January (no Saturday’s required)*
