Grade: 140

Salary: $18.35/hour

Job Duties:
  • Assists and responds to inquiries from the general public in person and by mail or email; directs inquiries to the appropriate staff for handling as necessary
  • Prepares and processes timesheets and payroll forms for the department, as assigned.
  • Processes and posts payments for fees and services, creates payment receipts, and prepares daily deposit slips following County cash handling procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in an office, business, government accounting, or related field.
  • Must possess/maintain appropriate certifications for assigned department.
  • Depending on the needs of the assigned department, certification as a Notary Clerk may be required
  • Must submit to/pass background check and drug screen.
