Rogue Community Health is looking to add a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant II. As an Administrative Assistant II you would be responsible to provide confidential administrative support to the Alliance Officer.

A few of the essential responsibilities are:

  • Prepare requested documents and handle confidential matters in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and organization’s policies and procedures
  • Make travel arrangements as requested and approved
  • Represent the agency’s management through appropriate telephone interactions and messaging with, co-workers, donors, community partners, government agencies, the public, vendors, and patients
  • Run errands as requested, including travel to other RCH sites
  • Other related work as assigned by supervisor

Enjoy stable hours, competitive pay, and benefits, and a $500.00 signing bonus after six months of continued employment. Bonus amount is prorated based on FTE.
