This position provides administrative support to the Human Resource Department.


Qualified candidate:

  • Strong data entry computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft word, excel, 10 key – touch data entry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assigns new and current team members HRIS recurring checklists, documents, and surveys at the beginning of employment or at the beginning of the school year.
    • Upload all required documents into Paycom (i.e. Clearances, ETC)
  • Processes changes in the system via HRIS Personnel Action Forms (PAF)
  • Enters team member data into the SAP system for all applicable team members for all three school districts and supports the HR Benefit Manager during varies surveys times during the year including auditing data for the two FTE’s.
  • Sets-up 90-day performance evaluations, set calendar reminders in outlook for supervisors for 90- day performance evaluations, runs monthly reports and sends follow up reminders.
  • Runs, processes monthly reports in Paycom including new, hires, terminations, birthday, anniversary reports and creates/posts Welcome to the Team postings.
    • Print, prepare and mail staff greeting cards (birthday, new hires, good luck, anniversary) – tracking datasets.
  • Complete various employment verifications with 24 hours of receipt.
  • Supports supervisors and team member with Paycom HRIS system for client access, permission profiles, password resets, general questions, etc.
  • Provides administrative support for new hire orientation and New Education Academy as needed.
  • Manage DCF Clearinghouse fingerprint process including set up in system, notifying applicants of out of state requirements, track and ensure 5-year prints are completed timely and timely term team members who have left company.
  • Track and ensure 5-year fingerprints are completed timely (including notifying team members)
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Training: (or equivalent)

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Minimum Experience:

  • 2 years Administrative Assistant
  • 2 years data entry position
