Administrative Assistant for the Marketing Department! Growing and stable company located in Des Plaines is seeking a professional Administrative Assistant to support the Marketing and Sales team with general support, reporting, scheduling of meetings, appointments and budgets. Direct hire role pays up to $48K depending on experience. Immediate interviews, benefits after 60 days.


Job Duties:

  • Support sales and marketing leadership; provide support as needed to the Marketing Team.
  • Administration of CRM for sales and marketing departments.
  • Follow up on lead progress with sales and marketing teams
  • Create proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinate and track sales appointments.
  • Preparing sales reports as needed.
  • Help plan projects from start to finish (estimates, budgets, schedules) regularly.
  • Cooperatively performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Able to work a hybrid environment
  • Between 1-3 years Administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • Strong MS Office and any CRM experience
  • High school diploma, Associate's Degree preferred
