Financial Services Administrative Assistant:

Administrative Assistant for Lifetime Financial Services, a growing Financial Planning practice in Shillington PA. We’re adding new advisors and we’re looking for a self-motivated team member with the required experience who’s interested in growing with us.

Job Description:
Supporting financial advisors in all aspects related to the successful operation of our financial planning business and office. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the handling of account documents, scheduling, processing requests, client servicing, preparing reports, maintaining and updating client records and more.

Responsibilities:

• Advisor support
• Client servicing
• Clerical and Reception

Qualifications:

• Experience required: 2 years in a similar role.
• Friendly, Communication, Team Player
• Professional & Ethical
• Not required but, Series 6, 63 and/or Ins. Licenses would be a plus.
• Background and security check required.

Job Type: Starting Part-Time 24-30 hours with a potential to transition to full-time.

Location: Office

Compensation based on experience.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
