What you’ll be doing
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Assists internal/external customers with any needs they may have
- Distributing mail
- Composing letters, reports and instructional documents
- Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Receiving products into system for market
- Supporting staff as needed.
Skills you’ll bring along
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required
- High School Diploma required
- 3 years’ experience in a wholesale office environment preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated computer software skills
