Rancho San Miguel is one of the leading thoroughbred stallion stations in California.
Depending on the candidates skill set, this role has potential for growth.
The immediate need is for clerical support and bookkeeping to prepare accounting documents (accounts payables, receivables, write checks, balance bank accounts, etc.) - working knowledge of quick books is essential.
Desired skills: In depth knowledge of QuickBooks; Good verbal and written communication skills (bilingual spanish/english a plus but not required); Able to work well with all levels of employees and clients; Quick learner; Previous experience in the horse/animal husbandry industry is helpful but not required; Horse farm industry software experience is a bonus, but willing to train; Strong computer skills - data entry, word, excel, google docs, etc.; Strong accounting/bookkeeping skills
