Job description
The Administrative Assistant will be based out of our Bellevue office. This position is full-time with the potential to go on lay-off during the winter months.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Customer service
- Answering and directing phone calls as appropriate
- Inventory Management
- Entering Daily Deliveries
- Entering Transfers
- Entering New items
- Entering Purchase Orders
- Filing
- Accounts payable data entry
- Providing purchase orders as needed
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Must be efficient in the use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of file management, transcriptions, and other administrative procedures
- Exceptional team player, self-starter, and quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
