Our firm is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Administrative Assistant to work with our office team. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to communicate with clients, handle scheduling, emails, data entry in our CRM, filing, ordering and organizing office supplies. A successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented, motivated and well organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Phone calls & follow-up
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, copying, and scanning files.
  • Order supplies & organize office
  • Maintain client database
  • Prepare mailings & post office drops
  • Occassional help on site for meetings

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
