Job Mission:

Support a growing technology company by processing financial transactions, invoicing our clients, providing support for our team members with regards to their benefits, and supporting the hiring process. Leverage technology to find creative and innovative ways to increase efficiency.

Measurables:

  • Send 100+ invoices each month on time and with 99% accuracy
  • Enter bills and financial transactions to enable us to close the books within 10 days of the month
  • Reach out to top candidates for our job openings within one business day of their application submission
  • Schedule 100+ client Technology Strategic Planning sessions per quarter

Key Roles:

  • Coordinate company retreat logistics and travel
  • Coordinate client & team member gifts
  • Send monthly client invoices on time and accurately
  • Categorize expenses
  • Enter bills to be paid
  • Help team members understand their benefits and ensure they are enrolled correctly
  • Submit state registrations for payroll
  • Reach out to clients to schedule Strategic technology planning meeting scheduling
  • New hire benefits orientations and annual team member benefits coordination sessions
  • Support the hiring process by reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Bookkeeping in Xero accounting software including transaction processing/matching

About the Role:

  • This is a dynamic and challenging role supporting multiple people within the organization and roles will change frequently as we continue to grow
  • This role will be reporting to the CEO while interfacing with and supporting our Controller, Account Management team, Operations Analyst, and the entire team with regards to their benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
