Summit Building Services, Inc. is currently seeking a professional Administrative Assistance with positive energy! Who will not only be the first contact to our clients and employees but will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to maintenance of a smooth office workflow with a friendly greeting in person and on the phone as well as office supply inventory, project and office support, and planning and attending team building events and activities.

This position has numerous opportunities for growth within the position and moving upward in the company.

HR exposure is a plus, Spanish is a plus!

We are on an upward expansion and needs an Administrative Assistant to keep our records maintained with the goal of improving our filing organization and systems. The lucky candidate will have the opportunity to grow and promote within our organization.

We seek an accountable, reliable, focused and task-oriented Administrative Assistant to be a friendly face to our clients, vendors and new employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Typing Speed 60+
  • Reception, 1 year
  • Proofreading or Formatting, 1 year Required
  • Customer Service, 1 Year Required
  • Data Entry, 1 Year
  • Teams experience a plus
  • Outlook experience a plus
  • Google slides a plus
  • Office 360 a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
