The Position: We’re looking for an Administrative assistant. The pay range we’re offering is $15-18 based on experience.

Requirements:

• Detail Oriented
• Administrative or office-related experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Outlook
• Associates degree if not applicable experience is taken into consideration
• Able to successfully pass a background check
• Degree preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service over the phone & person to person
• Well mannered for customer service.
• Meet crucial deadlines
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry
• Send out emails and written correspondence
• Assist other departments as needed
• Adapt to In-house software that manages customer information.

The Location: Servpro of West Palm Beach is based in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a great place to work because its 5 mins from downtown, great area for getting lunch, located between I-95 & the turnpike.
