We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Eugene, Oregon location.
Staff have the option of a hybrid role available (2-3 days in the office, 2-3 days remote).
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, however, students completing their degree this year are encouraged to apply if interested in a long-term commitment
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in an administrative role within a Mental Health or Healthcare office is required
  • Must be able to work full-time from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (must be flexible)

About Eugene Therapy Oregon Counseling (ETOC)
Since 2010, Eugene Therapy Oregon Counseling (ETOC) has been providing individual, couples, and family counseling for children, teens, and adults throughout Oregon. Our clinicians are focused on meeting the mental health needs of our neighbors in Eugene, Springfield, and surrounding communities. Our combined team has broad counseling and psychiatric expertise, and we match our therapists to each client to address their specific needs and concerns. What sets ETOC apart is that they take pride in the training, development, and supervision of their clinicians by being committed to employing students in practicum/internship in addition to candidates that are on their associate license. Finally, our leadership team is led by an experienced Executive Director with over 15 years of counseling experience in addition to being an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She has been responsible for supervising therapists and supervisors in training both at Eugene Therapy and as an adjunct instructor at the University of Oregon.
