Starting Pay Rate: $15.39

Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Provide quality customer service in person and on the phone
- Compile data for reports using electronic and non-electronic systems
- Enter intake information and maintain accurate databases
- Prepare, organize and coordinate daily and weekly schedules according to program needs
- Assist in preparing for meetings and record meeting minutes
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- A minimum of two years of clerical and customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Able to use office equipment such as copiers, printers and faxes
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to handle a fast pace, constantly changing work environment
