Full Time Administrative Assistant needed at Progressive PHP of Seaside Health System in Zachary, LA

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate parties
- Complete general typing assignments
- Compiles all documents processes admissions of new clients through the Medical Record systems and billing system
- Compiles administrative/business correspondence files
- Sorts and routes incoming/outgoing mail as needed
- Assists with general clerical duties as assigned
