New England Professional Home Health Care is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. This position requires strong computer skills and excellent customer service skills. In this position you will be responsible for placing caregivers with our clients, interviewing caregivers and keeping all files up to date. In addition you will be inputting care notes,establishing care plans and being the primary contact for the clients and their families as well as the caregivers. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as multi tasking is a must for this position. Our mission at New England Professional Home Health Care is to provide consistent quality home care that enables our clients to live happier, healthier lives at home.We are a local home care agency delivering in home assistance to elderly adults. We create a compassionate caring atmosphere for a better quality of life in their own homes.

In order to secure this position you must have the following :

Must have experience working in an office setting

Interviewing

Managing and updating files

Scheduling experience

Social Media experience

Customer service skills

Human Resources

Have excellent computer skills & social media skills

The best candidate for this position will have a friendly outgoing demeanor as well as excellent communication skills in all facets of business and a strong commitment to their work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
