Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and a minimum of two to four years in assisting high level executives- Handle highly sensitive, confidential information
- Excellent computer skills a necessity: Microsoft Office, Windows, Excel Outlook Power Point, Access
- Internet Savvy, data base management, SEO experience to assist with ad words, social media, Facebook, Google tracking, outcome studies
- AA/NA experience a plus
- Able to multi-task is essential and to be accurate as well as detail oriented
- Develop and maintain accurate filing system, demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Schedule and set up meetings for leadership team
- Prioritize workload involving multiple projects/timelines
- Self-motivated and ability to take initiative in a constantly evolving environment
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities, frequent interruptions, deadlines
