Interstates is growing, and we are currently seeking a part-time or full-time
Administrative Assistant to join our Team for our Omaha office. Interstates seeks ambitious, innovative individuals with the ability to grow and maintain value-added relationships with our team and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manages and maintains schedules and email inbox for VP of Business Development and others. Can prioritize and escalate requests as needed.
- Provides high level administrative support. (inc mtg prep, prioritization, key deliverables, follow up, etc)
- Strategic Project Support - Traction tool management (familiar with the Traction model would be preferred)
- Prep for traction / L10 meetings - follow up with rocks or issues
- Manages travel needs and expenses for VP of Business Development.
- Supports BD Home Base Leader with coordinating meetings for home base / career coaching / standards
Education and/or Experience:
- 3+ year of relevant experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and related experience/training
Preferred Skills:
- A high level of detail accuracy with the ability to prioritize and high sense of urgency.
- Open and direct communicator
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong MS Office skills, esp Outlook, PPT, etc
- Strong working knowledge of Teams and OneNote
- Experience with CRM, prefer Dynamics.
