Greentech Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for an Administrative Assistant and/or Accounting Assistant. This job posting could be open to more than one candidate depending on the qualifications and experience of candidate.

Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

· Greeting visitors, getting them the appropriate help

· Answering a multiple line phone system, directing phone calls, checking voicemails & e-mails daily

· Filing

· Shipping & Receiving

· Customer Service

· Accounts Receivable (Processing orders, Invoicing, Collecting)

· Updating and maintaining accuracy for all dealer account files

· Assembling informational packets for mailing

· Typing, editing, and proofreading documents

· Ordering

· Maintaining new & existing excel and word documents

· Cleaning when needed

· Other Miscellaneous Jobs

*This is not intended to be a full list of duties. This person will work closely with our Office Assistant to build a streamlined office setting.

Required Skills: The candidate must have a strong work ethic, dependable, organized and able to multi-task, have excellent time management skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to work well with others, computer literate and good typing skills, accurate and attentive to detail. The candidate must be efficient in Word and Excel and have knowledge of QuickBooks.

Education: A minimum of2 years’ experience in an office setting. Must have some accounting knowledge.

This position is full-time. Hours are from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday – Friday. Salary based upon experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,200.00 - $41,600.00 per year
