Our established dental practice and its owner doctor are seeking an energetic, motivated, outgoing individual to fill our administrative assistant position.
We are looking for the perfect person to help organize, systemize, and execute projects and to support our owner by taking day to day tasks off their plate as they focus on the growth and efficiency of the practice. This person would work behind the scenes of the dental practice to help maintain seamless operations.

Responsibilities include and are not at all limited to:
Book and Manage Travel
Schedule Appointments for Executives
Draft and Facilitate Communication with Vendors
Schedule Home and Office Maintenance
Triage and Sort Owner Emails
Assist with Office and Personal Accounts Payable
Manage and Prioritize Employer Todo List
Oversee and Execute Marketing Projects
Put Together New Patient Welcome Gifts
Manage and Oversee New Equipment Set Up and Installation
Manage Office and Home Supply Ordering
Operations Manual Creation and Organization
Data Entry and Document Creation
Planning Team Events and Retreats
Tracking and Verifying Budgets
Ordering and Managing Supplies
Track and Purchase Gifts for Staff Birthdays
Maintain Referral Relationships
Organize and Maintain File Storage
Send Thank you Notes
Create Home and Office Storage and Organization Solutions
And other general administrative and personal tasks as needed by owner
Requirements:
Associates degree or equivalent.
5 years experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Proficient experience with Google Drive and Google Suite
Must be incredibly comfortable with internet research.
Must have exceptional organizational skills
Professional and efficient communication skills
Dental office experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
50% Virtual 50% In-Office
Full time 32-40 hours per week (First 3-4 weeks part time for training)
$17-19 an hour depending on experience plus benefits after 90 days.
