Job description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Walnut Creek office! This position will require you to be in the office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan exciting events for the office and company
  • Cultivate the office culture for internal and external clients
  • Collaborate with Employee Engagement Coordinator on company-wide events
  • Work alongside all admins throughout the entire company to create a consistent and exciting office experience
  • Own the incoming and outgoing mail and package delivery process for the office
  • Fill out letters of transmittal as needed
  • Maintain the office kitchen and conference rooms, ensuring a high level of detail for a presentable office space
  • Assist with ordering insurance certificates as needed
  • Assist accounting with invoice backup
  • Help with miscellaneous projects and tasks for the office and company as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter
  • 1-3 years of office experience
