Administrative Assistant
Remote
Aviator Home Health is looking for an
Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for candidates that have the drive to be better, take initiative, and provide proper follow up to the task at hand. At Aviator we truly embody patient care and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is managing therapy contract services
- Request contract services when sent from scheduling
- Communicate necessary information to all parties
- Audit contract therapy invoices for accuracy and keep updated records per CFO
- Assists in answering incoming calls
- Provide effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals and maintain confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- HomeCare HomeBase experience highly preferred
- Medical experience, knowledge of medical terminology
- General office experience
- Superior organization and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
Work location: This is a remote position but preference will be given to those near our DFW, TX office.
