Haulmark Services is a leading transportation company that provides a variety of trucking, brokerage, and supply chain solutions to a diverse range of industries. We currently transport a wide array of commodities – frozen, refrigerated, temperature protected, manufactured goods, chemicals and Government (specialty and heavy haul transport) throughout the continental U.S.
Haulmark is looking to fill an Admin-CSR position. Our ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, pro-active, and a team player.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment
· Proficiency in Windows based programs
· Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Must have a sense of urgency
Responsibilities:
· Track loads in transit
· Make pickup and delivery appointments
· Send emails, reports and spreadsheets to customers
· Enter new carriers into system
· Obtain and update insurance certificates
· Scan documents into system
· Close out loads
