Responsibilities

*Positive energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help provide a safe, quality experience to our guests is necessary. *Delivering a proactive, personalized service experience to all clientele. *Responsible for assisting with executing purchase orders for material, supplies, Ops/Production Manager.. *Educating customers on available services, promotions, and programs. *Processing customer invoices. *Answering customer questions and resolving issues, as necessary. *Being of support and assistance to the management team. *Provide customer service to all potential, current, customers as well the inquiring public. *Answer telephone calls and directing to proper department or person *Receive packages and deliveries and set up outgoing mail. *Complete any tasks, as requested by management including typing, faxing, making copies, sending emails, constructing letters, making phone calls, making deliveries, picking up supplies, running errands, etc.

Qualifications

*Exceptional attention to detail *Being able to anticipate needs before being told what to do *Ability to organize and create orderly systems *Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, PowerPoint, and social media marketing *Solving problems and creating efficient processes.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $15.00 - $25.00/hour.
