Kumon Of Plano Northeast in Plano, TX is looking for one admin assistant to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 7801 Alma Drive Suite #117. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities

*Field telephone calls and emails *Receive and direct visitors, students and parents *Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars *Create spreadsheets and other office document as necessary *Maintain an organized filing system *Place orders for office equipment or business needs *Enter data into reports as needed *Create email and postal mail campaigns *Prepare student folders
Qualifications

*Exceptional attention to detail *Ability to organize and create orderly systems *Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, PowerPoint, and social media marketing
This is a temporary position for the summer - starting with training on April 15th and going through August 15th, with a possibility of extension.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $12.00 - $18.00/hour.
