Acura Shop Foreman Responsibilities:

• Complete work on each repair order with efficiency and in alignment with the dealership, state, and factory standards.

• Manage the workflow within the shop.

• Assist the technicians with diagnostics and repairs.

• Coach and mentor your team of technicians.

• Address the customer’s primary concern with diagnosis, repair, and quality control.

• Master our Dealer Management System for timekeeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, and communication.

• Understand federal, state, and local regulations.

• Work effectively with management to address any customer concerns.

• Meet monthly dealership goals

Acura Shop Foreman Qualifications:

• Honda or Acura technician experience

• A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards

• Excellent written and oral communication abilities

• Process and detail-oriented with developed organizational skills

• Ambitious and possess a desire to learn and grow within our company
