Norridge Gardens is a 296 bed long term care facility located in Norridge Illinois. We have been serving the Norridge Community for over 40 years.
To Execute the activity program as directed by the Director of Activities and to encourage resident participation.
Position Duties & Responsibilties:
- Under the supervison of the Activity Director, to direct and execute a well balanced activity program.
- Announce activity program 30 minutes before the program will begin.
- Invite/encourage residents to attend, escort and transport residents to activities as needed or requested by the residents.
- Reach residents on an individual level in order to motivate them to attend and participate in activities
- Conduct evening and weekend programs at the direction of the Director of Activity.
- Provide 1:1 visits with residents as neded or assigned. Provide regular 1:1 visits with those residents in isolation, using proper isolation technique.
