Position / Title: Acquisition Marketing Manager

Reports To: Director of Marketing

Work Location: Northern NJ, Hybrid

About the Position

JAM-BNC is seeking a creative, passionate, and driven individual as our Acquisition Marketing Manager. This is a full-time, hybrid position in Northern NJ (remote work is a possibility with the appropriate experience). You will have goals associated with ROAS/ACOS/TACOS, demand generation, and CAC. This role also affords the opportunity to gain valuable experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Retention Marketing, IT, Merchandizing, Customer Support and Operations to ensure overall company success across multiple websites.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize user acquisition to drive traffic and brand exposure for various digital assets by building an effective multi-channel marketing strategy including but not limited to: Paid and Organic Search, Paid and Organic Social, Affiliates and content syndication.
  • Responsible for performance via monthly and intra-monthly spend and revenue goals in Google-and-Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
  • Manage external agency relationships for our digital channels, build partnerships, monitor performance, and do not be satisfied with the status quo
  • Build and execute programs and campaigns that will deliver additional brand visibility through traditional and experimental marketing channels to drive net-new leads and pipeline growth
  • Conduct A/B tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in all paid campaigns
  • Collaborate and partner with internal teams to support team initiatives and set the gold standard for compelling ad campaigns, effective landing pages, and process optimizations to improve conversion rates throughout the funnel and drive key business results
  • Always look for ways to make the program better by building relationships with stakeholders across the company in order to drive new top-of-funnel business through all available paid media channels

Required Skill and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 4-5+ years of professional experience in performance-based acquisition marketing for a DTC company, with hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Highly goal-oriented individual, strong problem solver with excellent communication skills, has a metrics-driven mindset with a deep understanding of attribution and excels in setting KPIs, tracking progress and achieving goals
  • Previous experience working with agency partners
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
  • Experience with Magento, Listrak, Searchspring, Power Reviews, Zendesk or competitor platforms a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple, comprehensible manner.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce supply chain concepts and shipping technologies preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
