The Acquisition Analyst will provide valid, supportable research analysis from Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency acquisition regulations.
Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
- Provides pre-award services functions involving highly specialized, high volume/moderate value, and complex procurements of significant importance. Pre-Award Acquisition Support includes advice, recommendations, and document preparation to include;
- PWSs, SOWs & SOOs
- Justification and Approval
- Exceptions to Fair Opportunities
- Acquisition Strategy and Support, Milestones
- Evaluation Criteria
- Cost Estimates
- Market Research and Market Surveys
- Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans
- RFPs and RFQs, and
- Miscellaneous pre-award documentation
- Relationship building.
- Communication across organization and program office - both written and verbal.
- Multi-tasking in an environment that requires the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate impacts of analysis, and document results of efforts in real-time.
- Development of supporting documentation.
- Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
