Job Description:

Receive and review credit applications

Conduct reference and credit checks

Establish credit limits

Build Customer relationships. Follow up with clients regarding payment status

Formulate and execute a strategic action plan for daily collection activities of accounts receivables (reconcile accounts and charge backs)

Ensure sales tax compliance procedures are observed for all new and existing accounts.

Release orders pursuant to review based upon outstanding account issues.

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field of study.

2. Proven effective verbal and written communication skills.

3. Proven effective analytical capabilities and results focused attention to detail.

4. PC literate with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP is a plus!

5. Proven commitment to delivering excellent customer service, and building solid customer and colleague interpersonal relationships.

6. Ability and willingness to be self- motivated, organized and efficient, along with a successful history of performing independently and driving positive results with minimal supervision.
