We are seeking a highly accomplished Accounts Receivable Manager who will be responsible for overseeing daily invoicing, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will possess exceptional critical thinking, mathematical, and analytical skills and will have established operating methods and procedures that optimize billing operations and enhance team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily invoicing of customers and reconcile any differences between the amounts collected against the amounts filed with the IRS
• Ensure accuracy and provide excellent customer service while billing for the most significant customers
• Plan, coordinate, and establish standard operating procedures for the accomplishment of various tasks at hand, including distributing weekly tasks to the billing team, researching in NetSuite, QuickBooks, and CRM, and monitoring the CRM system to validate tasks
• Communicate effectively with various departments, including Compliance, Collections, and Sales, to ensure that our billing processes are cohesive across the company
• Screen various IRS transcripts to identify potential issues that cause discrepancies in completed IRS filings

Qualifications:

• Advanced critical thinking, mathematical, and reading comprehension skills, along with a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative
• Experience with multitasking, prioritizing daily tasks, and reconciling differences as explained on IRS transcripts using Excel, CRM, NetSuite and additional tools
• Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
• Managerial experience is preferred as this position will oversee a team of 2 local employees and 4 remote employees
• Experience reading IRS documents is preferred
• Willingness to learn new software and create new processes as needed to facilitate the daily tasks of the billing team

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
