Auto Collision & Glass is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable/Data Entry person who is looking to join our team!

• Responsibilities: *

- Answering phones and scheduling customer appointments.

- Inspect incoming damaged vehicles, and process through CARCO inspection services.

- Follow up calls to ensure customer stays informed throughout the repair process.

- Data entry for Customers, Fleet Services, and Insurance Companies.

- Efficient computer skills, creating reports, documenting notes.

- Sending out end of month statements.

- Balancing intercompany End of Month Statements across multiple companies and vendors.

- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

· Requirements:

- Proven working experience in an Accounts Payable role

- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principle

- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage multiple accounts and financial records

- Professionalism in dealing with customers, Fleets and Insurance Companies

- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers-Ability to Multi-task.

- Ability to be trained in CCC1 software

- Experience with using QuickBooks.

- High degree of accuracy, efficiency, organization and attention to detail.

- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
