Salary: $15.00 per hour.
- Review vendor invoices and reconciles against spreadsheet results. Locate and resolve discrepancies.
- Distribute, record daily cash reports, and reconcile passes, tokens, and handling of cash.
- Fulfills online credit orders from customers
- Prepares reports using spreadsheets
- Performs assigned routines in Money Room to count and record cash receipts. Empty fare boxes and run cash through coin and bill counters. Reconcile receipts to electronic fare box report or against manual report and prepare deposit.
- Performs routine audits on fare boxes and Paratransit revenue
- Other audits include examining and reviewing accounts, invoices, and vouchers
- Assists with clerical duties in Finance.
- Adhere to Federal, State, and County ordinances
Must be able to lift or move up to fifty pounds. Physical activity includes lifting
and holding fare boxes and coin bags. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Attends work on a regular basis. Be able to work well with others
Criminal Background and Driver’s license checks are performed.
