Reborn Cabinet's has been in business for nearly 40 years and is the leading provider of home remodeling services with locations throughout the West Coast. We are looking for an entry-level Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our award-winning team and assist with our national expansion!
Responsibilities

• Handling customer payments and financing, as well as some bookkeeping
• Post customer payments by recording cash, check, credit card, ACH, and finance transactions
• Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions into ERP system
• Update receivables by totaling daily paid invoices, and current unpaid invoices on a daily basis
• Resolve invalid cash transactions by following up with customers maintaining records
• Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Ensure timely arrival and participation in all departmental meetings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers and co-workers

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
