About us

Naftali Inc, a leading manufacturer and distributor of travel products, is searching an experienced ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of client accounts including AR aging.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process daily cash receipts and apply to the correct account.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and outstanding balances.
• Correspond with customers and make clear and concise notations on accounts to document your work after each communication.
• Audit incoming payment transactions.
• Recognize significant credit risks and when to escalate.
• Maintain acceptable AR aging for assigned book of business.
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• excellent organization and time management skills
• Match incoming payments with invoices on QuickBooks.
• Track account Receivable balance and request payment.
• Responsible for submitting Disputes.
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience working in account receivable/Collections.
• Excellent analytical skills. Detailed oriented, and organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have QuickBooks and Excel Experience
• Proficient with a high volume of transactions

QuickBooks and bookkeeping experience for 3 years is a must.
